Julian has extensive experience in both the financial services and property funds management industry gained over the last 14 years. Having worked across a number of industry leading companies, Julian has gained invaluable insight as to how to provide effective solutions to business challenges and has directed and driven many projects and initiatives to help these companies achieve their key objectives.

Prior to the creation of Encompass Consulting Pty Ltd, Julian held senior management roles with DEXUS Property Group, Colonial First State Property and the Commonwealth Bank of Australia. He has headed up Business Operations and also worked as Project Director/Manager and Financial Controller across these companies. Julian has project managed a wide range of business and IT system implementation projects and also created and led the teams tasked with the responsibility of ensuring the success and sustainability of these solutions.
